Shipping policy
Rental shipping: Shipping for our rentals is $10, this includes overnight postage to you and a pre paid bag to return your fit/s in. If you live rural, please select the rural option, this is $16. In some cases NZ post may be behind and your rental may take an extra day to arrive. If your rental does not arrive on time, please refer to our refunds policy.
Your outfit will arrive with a pre paid courier bag inside which makes it easy for you to put it in the bag, pop down to your local NZ post and hand it over the counter, please make sure it is scanned by the attendant so that we can keep track. This return courier bag is tracked and paid for already by us, we hold your return tracking number and check these on the first day your rental is due back, please ensure your rental is returned on the day you stated otherwise you will incur late fees of $10 per day.
If you lose the prepaid courier bag, it will be at your expense to post the rental back to us with tracking, you must send us the tracking number and let us know you are not returning in the bag provided as soon as possible.
When ordering more than one rental in the same order, if your rental dates are the same for all outfits, these can be placed in the same order. If your rental dates are different and the items will need to be shipped separately, you will need to place two separate orders.
Purchased item shipping: If you purchase an item from us, shipping is calculated at the check out based on the shipping option you choose. If you decide to return your item, shipping back to us will be at your expense. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more info.
